spent
over
forty
years
building
a solid
reputation
and
recognizing
the
continual
need for
expansion
of
services,
upgrading
the
facility
and
proactively
responding
to
participant
feedback.
Because
of this
community
commitment,
Camp
Courageous,
Inc. is
positioned
to
respond
to the
increasing
needs
and
growth
of
opportunities
presented
within
the
community.
To date,
it
remains
the only
camp
with the
qualitative
focus
and
commitment
to
ensure
comprehensive
outdoor
recreational
experiences
for this
special
community
in north
west
Ohio and
south
east
Michigan.
The camp
provides
developmentally
appropriate
activities
for all
ability
levels.
Programs
and
activities
are age
appropriate
and
allow
for full
exploration
of one’s
own
abilities,
interests
and
goals.

when
there
were no
camps in
this
area
that
would
accept
children
with
special
needs.
Camp
Courageous
remains
the only
camp
with the
qualitative

and
commitment

for
individuals
with
special
needs in
North
West
Ohio and
South
East
Michigan.
